Viper products are manufactured in China in a 300 000 square foot manufacturing facility. This facility is staffed with enthusiastic professionals with the experience and necessary tools required to design and improve products faster than ever before. The VIPER plant houses; gearbox manufacturing, electric motor manufacturing, metal fabrications, injection molding, rotational molding and a large tool making department.

This vertically integrated facility enables VIPER to meet customers product needs speedily and with guaranteed quality.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All Viper machines are warranted against defects in material and workmanship including all wear items for a period of one year. (power supply cables and plug tops are excluded.)

Motors, gearboxes and injection molded parts carry a three (Auto Scrubbers only) year warranty. All metal castings carry a five year warranty. Roto-molded parts (tanks and covers) carry a twelve year warranty. If a defect develops within the warranty period, Viper will repair or replace such defective parts at the customer premises or at the nearest Viper service centre. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, accidents, improper use, lack of care or the use of chemicals detrimental to components.

Any machine that has been repaired or serviced by an unauthorized service technician during the warranty period will result in any warranty been made null and void.
